I think you mean Mangle, but it might be a translation difference.  [Ashtongue Talisman of Equilibrium] is fairly terrible.  It's a 40% chance every 12 seconds to get a 140 strength buff.  I think someone else pointed it out earlier. 

Sadly, even if it does proc, it won't buff Rip due to its cooldown.  So 140 strength for 8 seconds out of 12 seconds averages to 93.33 strength.  It only applies to roughly 70% of our total damage (not up for Rip which is 30%), so it's only worth 65.33 strength if it were up after every mangle.  But it only procs 40% of the time, so that makes it worth 26.13 strength.  That is about 59.2 kitty points, which is worse than all the green questing trinkets from Outlands.

I can understand not needing on the list as it's so low.  Though, for completeness sake (so people know how terrible the trinket really is), I can see needing it on the list.  It might be a pain, though, for Emmerald to manually add it.

With my 1st T6 bonus, my mangle costs me 35energy. Which is very low indeed.

I use a lot "mutilation" (french translation for Mangle).

And when i cast "mangle" 2-3 times in a row, the proc is always on. Which is a lot in attack power.
I never saw a cooldown.

Sometimes, when the proc is up, and 2-3 sec left out of 8seconds, 1 mangle and the proc goes up to 8 sec again

So this one is always on when i cast mangle enough times in a row.

I find this dps interesting.

I noticed that someone said this back in may, but the Stormpike Insignia isn't in the the list.  At least the rank 6 one has 24 dodge rating and 8 health hp5 so it's better than many items on the list.

Patch 3.0.2 added some new honor items for level 70s! These are not on your list yet, just letting you know!

Rough ratings from the "normal" kitty list

The Gladiator's Resolution looks like about 96 kitty points - not bad, but not topping the list either.

Battlemaster's Resolve (120 points) half again as good as the Battlemaster's Determination - which puts it out in front of the Bloodlust Brooch, but below the Shard of Contempt.
Battlemaster's Aggression (84 points) - better on the high-gear list, but still not above the Resolve.
Battlemaster's Celerity (57 points) - better on the high-gear list, but still not above the Resolve.

I found that Tier-4 Stag-Helm of Malorne is no longer 490 armor but 308 instead. This makes it weak or norfed after patch.
Please check it out.

T4 helm is awesome because of 2T4 for cats and 4T4 for bears... the armor value on it is irrelevant.

The lists are going to be updated with the expansion.  Emmerald is busy right now and it is not worth the effort for 4 weeks of playtime.

I do not see an equivalent epic item.  However, they are item level 115, which puts them at the level of Kara gear.  I believe T4, badge, and S2+ PvP gear are all better.
